📌Delivery takes roughly 20 to 30 working days after placing my Bulk Order ... Give or take… To be sent to me.

NB!! The TIMELINE is only a GUIDELINE.
(The Suppliers send the orders to my courier in JHB only once the order is completed, once my courier in JHB receives the Entire Bulk Order then only will they send it to me)

 

(Courier time from SA to NAM not included which takes roughly another week depending on Customs) …
 

PLEASE NOTE: THE SUPPLIERS SUPPLY THE ENTIRE SOUTH AFRICA, SO IF THEY DO NOT HAVE STOCK – THEY ORDER IT IN FROM THE STATES WHICH WILL CAUSE DELAYS AS IT GETS FLOWN IN ON AVAILBALE FLIGHTS WHEN POSSIBLE – WHICH WILL BE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.


I will keep everyone updated when I received updates from my Suppliers. If I have no updates – I can not give you any Updates / News.
I will gift wrap each order after inspection and distribute to you. Tracking number will be forwarded to you as soon as it is received.

 

📌 AVAILABILITY OF GOODS


The provision of goods is subject to availability. Availability for each product is indicated, but this information is merely a guideline. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of the product availability information, although we do our best to ensure the accuracy of the information. In cases of unavailability, the Provider will offer the Client a similar product at the same or similar price. If the Client does not wish to accept the substitute product offered, the Provider will note a credit on the clients account. We do not refund. Please note pictures are for descriptive purposes only and items may vary.

 

📌 RETURN POLICY

 

Due to the hygiene nature of the goods purchased,  we do not allow returns or exchanges. If item does not fit, we do not allow returns or exchanges.

All Products are inspected before leaving the supplier and inspected by myself, before I dispatch your parcel. Due to the safety and hygienic factor for our customers, no returning of products will be allowed.

 

📌 CANCELLATION

 

There can be no Cancellations due to the high costs involved. If funds have already been paid by the client, it indicates acceptance of the Order and Invoice.

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS. By paying your order you except our T&C.

By entering this catalogue, you agree that you are minimum 18 years of age. All products are used at own risk. Di’s Beauty Boutique or the supplier of the products will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages or losses that may arise from the use or misuse of our products.  All items need to be washed/wiped down by you before use and we will not be held liable or responsible if using incorrect or corrosive products.

 

📌 DELIVERY


📌Ps: there are delivery fees involved. SA - Nam N$250 per client / per order...  Nampost Couriers  From me to you any where in Namibia - N$90 per parcel up to 2kg...

 

Courier From SA to NAM PER BULK ORDER N$2500 

 

I order only once I have 10 clients minimum - so works out to N$250 per client / per order.

Your item/s will only be ordered once your payment clears in my account confirming your order.

 

Nampost Couriers Delivery - N$90 per parcel up to 2kg

 

Swakopmund orders: Packages will be delivered via Nampost Courier to your door, as per stipulated address, within 2-3 business day, once sent. I will send you the waybill number once parcels are dispatched.

Outside of Swakopmund orders: Packages will be sent with Nampost Couriers overnight - to your door, as per stipulated address, within 4-5 business day, once sent. I will send you the waybill number once parcels are dispatched.

 

📌 Delivery:

 

Di’s Beauty Boutique will do all the effort necessary to make sure the customer receives their parcel, but cannot be held responsible and liable for any  damage, late deliveries, wrong addresses given, or parcels lost once couriered. Di’s Beauty Boutique will make use of Nampost couriers. Delivery times are estimated times, and Di’s Beauty Boutique will not be liable for any costs or damages incurred by delay in delivery.

My supplier is constantly updating their offerings of products and services on their Website. The products or services available on their Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and may experience delays in updating information on the Service and advertising on other web sites.
